Freddie Francis

Frederick William Francis was a brilliant director and cinematographer. Fellow Sagittarius, he was born on December 22, 1917 and died in March the year 2007. Starting cinema in Britain at a younger age and taking influences from David Lynch and Alfred Hitchcock, he aqquired an occult following throughout the 1960s and 1970s, and was better recognized as a genius cinematographer. Winning two academy awards for the films Sons and Lovers and Glory, He brings depth and exposes the dark within the curvatures of a frame or through finding the perfect hue in the temperature of a color. Later in life Francis was better known as a cult movie director working on some of the best British horror films in the era. His work is rightfully acclaimed and his name lives on through his vision in a lens.

Civil War 2012 taken from an excerpt recited by Lauren ann Wolfe.

This is Real

Hidden beneath the time-warped stones and below the sewers of our streets we discover secrets of corruption scum seeping right through our government's corridors. It is the center of our success that has been founded a flake. Now with all the leaked information and a profound idea regurgitated into our very hands, we are faced with the ugly. A decade of history has been created behind the bull's horns and we realized we were holding on for way too long. With the current state that our nation has found itself in, it has come to great stance that a greater effort in acquiring a job must be taken to its core. The strategy is no secret. You might even be better off looking at  it as a way to express and contribute your own resources as key. There is not much research in that. Now it's more important than ever to take a stand and make your voice known. Corporations are being stripped naked and are loosing respect. This glorious new beginning in time is not a dead end. Meditate a new mindset and advance in your creative network. Listen to your peers and hold on to their words. Call it an informative interview. With this natural process at hand, you're more likely to score your next job interview than the other fellow who missed the informational step. Don't second guess yourself and believe in what you can bring to the table. A table full of fruits and prosperity.

The lady by the tree

I met a lady by a tree
She was so clean, so clean to me.
Washing away the timeworn stones
She moved with precision and created new homes
sketching between each and every creek
I stood with my toes beneath natures germans and closed my eyes to hear her speak.
The river whispered a tale.
A tale of the under world.
Where frogs were kings,
and fishes grew wings.
When we lived in sand castles
and slept on lillie pads.
Of fairies playing harps next to fire blowing dragons.

Primate Products must be shut down immediately!!!!!

Results from an experiment conducted by  PRIMATE PRODUCTS.
Dealing specifically with non-human primates.

“The primates in the leaked photographs were literally ripped apart. They suffered from large, open head and neck wounds that had been crudely sutured together. They were also missing large patches of hair and had gaping bloody holes in their scalps and limbs. These serious injuries may have resulted from self-mutilation, experimental procedures, or fights between animals who had been improperly housed. PPI has confirmed that the photographs are authentic,” PETA wrote to Glaxo ceo Andrew Witty in an email last week

Have you ever been kidnapped from your home or been forced out of a comfortable place? taken into an unknown, unsanitary, dead end against your will?

Ever been tested on and diagnosed with something that requires you to take medication and sacrifice the gift of embracing your unique beautiful entity?

I can not believe what I have witnessed through the content I have researched and the images I have seen  related to PRIMATE PRODUCTS

Does this sounds inviting???

It's fraud food for the uneducated and a crutch for the crippled.
These poor, innocent, animals are being abused! THIS NEEDS TO STOP
It's evident that a corporation such as  PRIMATE PRODUCTS
knows nothing about morality and values.

Please take a quick look at their fancy website.
Want to see how they can manipulate and disgust the human mind?
There is nothing pretty about this company.

Everyone must watch these videos.
Save the Shamrock monkeys campaign.

Photographs leaked from former Primate Products employee.

Does this look ok to you?

‎"THOUSANDS of monkeys could be slaughtered on the paradise island of Mauritius as part of a cost-cutting operation ordered by a British-backed supplier to the vivisection industry."

Taking a closer look isn't always easy.
There are things in life that are never addressed and without an address, where do you even live?

There is ugly,
Living, breathing, and sleeping on our lands.

Stonerook Rallies His Pro-Vivisection Extremist Friends

Sick Michael Stonerook, a soulless man who profits from animal abuse, wrote this pro-vivisection call to action in response to our exposing his filthy life:

"My family is being harassed by animal rights groups for my employment with a company that imports primates. These groups have posted personal information including my home telephone number, address, personal pictures, grandparents' address, and places of employment. All this in addition to a slew of harassing and threatening phone messages. They have called over 1200 times in a week on home and personal cell phone numbers. Please take a moment and visit their page to report this violation of privacy.

How to Help:

1.) Search "South Florida Smash HLS" on facebook
2.) Click report page
3.) Select reason (it's harassing my friend)
4.) Tell everyone. Every report helps.
5.) Please write on the event wall to let me know if you participate.

Thank you so much!!"

He then goes on to suggest that his supporters call back some folks who have voiced ethical concerns over his gross involvement with the torture and murder of defenseless primates. As the days pass, we're becoming more and more convinced we have to go directly to his doorstep in order to truly get our message across to this pervert.

Current and Former Employees of Primate Products, We NEED You!

Do your part in ending the moral crimes occurring behind the gray walls of Primate Products!
Pictures, video, audio, copies of reports, phone numbers of the bosses, each of these can help!

Front Page of the Sun-Sentinel: Use of primates pits animal rights group vs. researchers

Posted by Sun-Sentinel

About three dozen demonstrators held signs showing monkeys strapped into restraining chairs or covered with bloody wounds, as they yelled slogans toward a fenced, two-story white building in a warehouse section of Doral. As a woman emerged from the building, the protesters surged toward her, shouting, "Shame! Shame! Animal abuser!" Six police officers waved them back and formed a wall in front of her until she got into her vehicle and drove away.
The confrontation Wednesday in front of a company called Primate Products was typical of tactics used by South Florida Smash HLS, an animal rights group engaged in a personal — and often effective — campaign to shut down the trade in live monkeys for scientific research.
The group does not advocate violence or law-breaking, according to its leaders. But its tactics mirror a growing aggressiveness on the part of animal rights groups around the nation, as scientists, universities and corporations face protests, threats and vandalism. The Florida Legislature next year may consider a proposal to keep confidential the names of researchers in the state university system who deal with animals.
Since beginning the campaign about a year and a half ago, South Florida Smash HLS has demonstrated in the Pembroke Pines neighborhood of the president of Primate Products. Activists held several protests at the Homestead house of its chief veterinarian, shouting "Animal abuser!" through megaphones at her door and windows. They pressured three Fort Lauderdale air cargo companies into refusing to ship monkeys, holding demonstrations at the homes of some of their executives, organizing phone and email campaigns and posting messages on the Facebook page of an executive's wife.
The group's leaders say such tactics are justified against a system that inflicts needless suffering on intelligent, sensitive animals who deserve better than a bleak cage in a laboratory and a succession of frightening, sometimes painful, experiments.
"We believe monkeys, like all animals, have a right to live their lives without being exploited or killed by humans," said Gary Serignese, of Boca Raton, the group's executive director. "Animals do not exist for us. Monkeys sold by Primate Products are subjected to tests that cause pain and suffering. Most will be killed at the end of the experiments."
Donald Bradford, president of Primate Products, said the company has endured threats — including on his own life — and two firebomb attacks in the past 15 years, although he didn't attribute these to this particular group. He said the company works hard to improve the lives of laboratory primates, but he defended the trade as vital in the fight against diseases that cause human suffering.
"Humans are the only species on earth with the ability to recognize, investigate and do something about the disease, death and suffering it causes on all living things on earth," he wrote in an email response to questions. "To have the ability to do something but choose not to would be morally wrong."
As for the company's veterinarian, he said, "She is a courageous woman who knows she has done nothing but things to be proud of. She is a compassionate caring veterinarian."
Around the United States, researchers have organized to resist attacks by animal rights groups.
J. David Jentsch, professor of psychology at the University of California at Los Angeles, founded the group Pro-test for Science after his car was firebombed in 2009. He still faces regular protests at his home over his drug addiction research, which involves injecting methamphetamines into monkeys, euthanizing them and examining their brains. He said aspiring scientists know they may have to accept threats and harassment.
"Any graduate student now is forced to confront this question. Am I willing to take the risk?" he said. "That's an awful decision, whether to engage in noble work that will help people or worry about your own physical well-being. But what you're seeing is people saying, yes this small group of wackos isn't going to stop progress."
Because primates' brains and immune systems are similar to those of humans, he said, they are crucial in the fight against Parkinson's disease, AIDS and other illnesses.
But animal rights groups say needlessly cruel research takes place on primates. According to The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, which opposes most animal research, these experiments include screwing electrodes into the brains of monkeys strapped into restraining chairs, injecting acid into the brains of live monkeys to study the impact on their ability to learn and addicting monkeys to drugs and alcohol.
"The suffering it causes non-consenting non-humans is wrong," said Ghazal Tajalli, South Florida Smash HLS's outreach coordinator. "It's not that we don't care about children or people with Alzheimer's, but we think the pain it causes millions of animals is wrong."
At the University of Florida, an animal rights group has distributed leaflets at buildings, picketed alumni meetings and protested at the homes of scientists, said Janine Sikes, spokeswoman for the university. The Florida Board of Governors, which oversees the state university system, plans to ask the state Legislature to create an exemption to the public records law to keep confidential the home addresses of researchers who work with animals.
The fight against the Fort Lauderdale air shippers, which also involved the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida and overseas animal rights groups, led Amerijet International Inc., IBC Airways Inc. and Monarch Air Group to halt primate shipments over the past year.
David Gitman, Monarch's president, said the company gave in to avoid further bad publicity.
"They were making calls, sending emails," he said. "I strongly disagree with what they're doing, but we are a commercial enterprise and we can't have anything to do with that."

Thank you Miami New Times

Miami DJ-Producer Jesp Talks Political Science of Pop and Raging Through the Recession

Pop music doesn't have to be supersmart. It's for out-of-control bouts of shouting, makeout sessions, and screaming along with when traffic on 826 is moving in slow-mo.

But Miami DJ-producer Joseph Espinoza (AKA Jesp) thinks that pop should be both fun and intelligent. In fact, his dabbling in ostensibly serious genres like punk and progressive rock has given birth to an appreciation for the structural composition of melodic, beat-driven party anthems and their function in society. Even further, Jesp has developed a soft-spoken party ideology that champions pop escapism as a legitimate response to constant global turmoil.

With the release of Espinoza's brand-spankin'-new EP, Step Into The Dark (now available on iTunes), Crossfade thought it would be a good time to pick the songsmith's brain on the impending a-pop-aclypse.

Crossfade: Where is modern pop music going? Who in modern pop do you draw influence from?
Current American Top 40 pop music can sometimes contradict what people are going through and the way people feel in 2011. There is uncertainty all around us. The saturation of "house" music and feel-good lyrics on the radio stems from the club where individuals most often go to escape reality. The original version of "It's About Time" is an attempt to fuse dance music with lyrical themes we see outside the club. The more instrumental EP edit takes the club feel a step further. It was created to challenge the listener, as most of my songs attempt to do.

In modern pop, I am inspired by the big cats: RedOne, The Cataracs, Stargate as well as more recently popular DJ-producers like Afrojack and Skrillex.

What do nightlife, desire, and the apocalypse have to do with one another and Jesp?
The dance-oriented pop music that has done well in the last year or two very often uses the word tonight, and for a reason. When it comes to clubbers, ravers, ragers, and festival-goers, this crowd is living for the moment. DJs and "DJs" are the new rockstars. Kids are going out and buying turntables and software intstead of guitars. There is a big influence of the club in all aspects of our modern society. Although nightlife may seem to have nothing to do with a recession or a loan default or a foreclosure or anything else we see going on in the news and our lives, it actually has a lot to do with it. There is a direct correlation between the darkness' of our future and the desire to party till the sun comes up.

How did you progress from punk to prog-rock and now dance music. Do you still take influence from your earlier genre experiments?

I grew up listening to '80s electro, New Wave, and Power 96 freestyle/booty bass. Punk was my introduction to the profound impact of live music. When I was 14, I used to sneak out of my house and go watch Against All Authority at ['90s Miami punk haven] Cheers whenever they would play. I was fascinated by bands like Minor Threat, Husker Dü, Pennywise, and NOFX. When I started playing in bands, my taste for rock grew in complexity until I was introduced to Pink Floyd, Rush, King Crimson, etc.

By that time, I was studying music at Berklee and was able to interpret and analyze the music I loved with musical theory. At Berklee, I started using Digital Performer sequencing software, which opened my eyes to the limitless possibilities of sound design. I found myself slowly transitioning from a live performer into an electronic music producer.

Was the plan always to produce and sing? Have you ever thought about teaming up with someone else and producing/writing for them or vice versa?
The plan was never to produce and sing as Jesp. As a matter of fact, this EP is a step away from my singing, as you will notice much more of an instrumental presence. I am a trial-and-error type of live performer. I like to play shows, and change things to make them better. This is the one thing that attracted me most to being a solo artist. My instincts were to always be a frontman. I soon realized that, in terms of this project, the emphasis should be more about the music itself than me dancing around on the stage.

Recently, I have embraced the DJ-producer platform (à la Skrillex and Deadmau5), which I find is much, much more impactful at my shows. This summer, I released a rendition of a track entitled "Eat My Heart (Sharks vs Mermaids Edit)," which I made with a good friend of mine, Lauren Wolfe, who I am working with more and more as a vocalist-lyricist in my most recent work.

To come full circle with pop: A lot of music on the radio, across genres, seems to be becoming increasingly digital. The indie underground has its own e-music variants - electro, dubstep, etc. What is your relationship to these allegedly alternative electronic music genres? Do you take more to traditional SoBe techno? Not at all. I am actually working on two dubstep/brostep tracks and one complextro track as we speak. I make music that is functional for the environment -- small club, big club, festival, radio -- and try to make it as original and cohesive as possible.

Step Into The Dark is the new EP from Jesp, available on iTunes.

It is an honor to be working with such a talented musician. He follows his own sound waves, and creates a style of no other. With his vision for precise, futuristic synths and tunes, Jesp will continue to blow your mind with his corky, pop jams for decades.
